Trouble Shooting of beam (E-Lites)

1.Light totally dead when power in.

• check the power cable.

• check the fuse

• check the wires to the power supply

• chech power switch

• change a power supply and see if light working or not.

2.Light with power in, but lamp not working.

• make sure setting at “lamp on” in the menu.

• check the lamp to see if burn or broken.

• check the installation of lamp,make sure they are in good  touch.

• check the wires inside,make sure the wires to the lamp are in good touch.

• check the blower below the lamp ,make sure it working fine.

• check the ballast of lamp and the small power supply to the lamp.

• The end of the lamp life,should buy new ones.

3.Lamp working a few minutes but off working automatically.

• check the fan to the power supply

• check the fans in the head

• check the blower below the lamp,change a new one.

• check the wires from power supply to the ballast,make sure they are in good touch

4.Tilt & Pan movement get stuck.

• check the sencor (the small PCB in color green),make sure they are in correct position or change a new one.

• check the wire to the step motor.

• check the motors

5.Color wheel, prism wheel, frost , zoom get stuck.

• check the sencor (the small PCB in color green),make sure they are in correct position or change a new one.

• check the wire to the step motor.

• check the motors

6.No correct response to DMX512.

• change a XLR cable

• check the wires to the main board (in the arm)

• check the main board to see if anyb broken .

7.Pan & Tilt losing step or non-positioning

• check the Optocoupler sensor,make sure they are correct position ,clean it or change a new one.

8.Fans are woking when power in, but touch screen no working.

• check the wire of screen

• check the touch sreec to see if broken or not.
